In this position you are responsible as System Test Lead for the validation and verification of our new line of Heater products for hybrid and electric vehicles. You will solve and coordinate all necessary technical issues during the development of the product within BorgWarner and towards the customer. You will work and grow together a new electronics group, building a promising technical center who will support projects and divisions all over the world. Laboratory facilities are available in the workspace. Direct contact with the customer.System, Software, Hardware, System Test and Electronics Transversal departments work and interact very close to each other.- KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the high voltage heater system test management activities during the full development life cycle of the product defined at the Project Plan, including both the functional and the DV/PV validation activities.-- Responsible for the definition of the overall Verification and Validation System test plan.-- Responsible for the definition of the heater system test activities schedule to meet the milestones defined at the Project Plan, including both the functional and DV/PV milestones.-- Ensuring availability of system test resources and the test environment required for the execution of the different system test task activities.-- Coordinate and supervise all the system test tasks activities.-- Evaluate the system test activities execution and results, and report the metrics of their progress.-- Owner of the system test work products.-- Oversee and execute the first deployment phase for each release at both product and electronic system test level.-- Evaluate the electronic system test results and report the correctness of the electronic system component for the corresponding deliveries.-- Support the electronic system team on the definition and review of the requirements for the final Heater product.-- Support the electronic team during the full development phase of the electronic system component.- In addition, the functions related to the Quality and EHS system included in Annex DG.18.1.1JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications)Master of Science or Bachelor in Electronics Engineering or similar (Electro technology, Telecommunications, Instrumentation) with focus in instrumentation.-- Experience in Automotive ASPICE standard and automotive testing concepts.-- Experience in ECU testing under high-risk voltages.-- Experience in automotive ECU testing.-- Experience in DV/PV validation.-- Experience planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting tasks.-- Good understanding of electronic system engineering, design and requirement comprehension.-- Advanced in electronic laboratory instruments.-- Customer contact experience.Also ValuableKnowledge of the automotive ISO - 26262.
