Responsibilities
* Lead and grow a portfolio of strategic global advertisers, serving as the main HQ contact.
* Design full-funnel user acquisition and monetization plans leveraging OEM inventory and ad solutions.
* Drive commercial performance by managing upselling, revenue growth, and campaign success (ROAS, retention, CPE).
* Build and maintain strong relationships with client leaders and internal stakeholders across multiple regions.
* Collaborate across product, operations, and local market teams to ensure delivery excellence and sustained business growth.
Qualifications
* 6–10 years of experience in digital advertising, media, or mobile growth.
* Proven record managing regional or global strategic accounts, ideally for top mobile app advertisers.
* Strong understanding of user acquisition, retention, and monetization (ROAS, LTV, CPI).
* Experience collaborating with multiple teams across a matrix organization.
