brPosition Overview
brThe BESS Delivery Service Manager / Engineer (CI) is responsible for the successful delivery, commissioning, and lifecycle support of Commercial Industrial Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects after the project is secured by the sales and presales teams.
brThis role takes full ownership of the project from contract handover through installation, commissioning, and after-sales service, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and according to technical specifications.

brKey Responsibilities
br1. Project Handover Planning
brTake over BESS projects from the sales and presales teams after contract signing.
brReview technical proposals, system configurations, and commercial scope.
brDevelop project execution plans including timelines, resource planning, and site coordination.
brConfirm system design and project requirements with internal teams and customers.
br2. Project Delivery Implementation
brManage the end-to-end delivery of CI BESS projects.
brCoordinate with EPC partners, installers, and subcontractors for system installation.
brEnsure project milestones are achieved according to schedule and budget.
brMonitor site work and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
brManage equipment logistics, delivery, and installation activities.
br3. Commissioning System Integration
brLead or support BESS commissioning activities, including:
brSystem functional testing
brEMS / PCS / BMS integration
brGrid connection and verification
brWork with engineering teams to resolve technical issues during commissioning.
brEnsure the system operates according to performance specifications.
br4. Customer Support After-Sales Service
brProvide technical support and service coordination after project commissioning.
brManage maintenance schedules and service activities.
brTroubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with OEMs or suppliers if needed.
brMaintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
br5. Documentation Reporting
brPrepare project documentation including:
brCommissioning reports
brAs-built documentation
brOperation and maintenance manuals
brTrack project progress and provide regular internal updates.

brQualifications
br~ Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
br~3–7 years of experience in renewable energy, BESS, solar + storage, or power systems.
br~ Experience in CI energy storage or distributed energy projects preferred.
br~ Understanding of BESS components including:
br~ Battery systems
br~ PCS / inverters
br~ EMS / monitoring systems
br~ Experience in project delivery or field engineering.
