Pb Reports To: /b Direct Sales Manager, EMEA Region /pp Location: Spain (Home-based with frequent travel across the region) /p pb Position Overview /b /pp The Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing strategic IVF clinic chain KOL relationships within Spain for the company’s IVF laboratory product portfolio, including time-lapse incubators, culture media and associated consumables. This role plays a key part in developing long-term partnerships with fertility centers, clinics, and distributors to achieve revenue targets and strengthen the company’s market position in reproductive medicine. /ppb Key Responsibilities /b /ppb1.Sales Revenue Growth /b /pulli Achieve annual sales targets and profitability goals for assigned territory. /lili Develop and implement strategic account plans for key IVF centers and distributor partners. /lili Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the Spanish fertility sector. /lili Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to KOLs, embryologists, and clinic management teams. /li /ulpb2. Account Management /b /pulli Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and clinical stakeholders. /lili Monitor customer satisfaction, ensure post-sales support, and coordinate with product application and service teams when required. /lili Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and tenders in alignment with company policies. /lili Maintain accurate ERP records, sales forecasts, and activity reports. /li /ulpb3. Collaboration Reporting /b /pulli Work closely with the EMEA Direct Sales Manager to ensure consistent market strategy and execution. /lili Collaborate with the Marketing, Product Application teams to deliver effective product positioning and customer engagement initiatives. /lili Provide market insights, competitor updates, and feedback from customers to inform product and commercial strategies. /li /ulpb Qualifications Experience /b /pulli Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field. /lili Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the medical device, healthcare, or IVF industry. /lili Excellent communication and presentation abilities (both Spanish and English). /lili Proven track record managing key accounts or selling high-value capital equipment in a clinical or laboratory setting. /lili Experience interacting with embryologists, clinicians, and hospital procurement departments is highly desirable. /lili Strong relationship management and negotiation skills. /lili Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) /lili Willingness to travel frequently within Spain and occasionally across EMEA. /lili Valid driving license. /li /ul
