- Patients are greeted and cared for throughout their treatment.
- Performs prescribed treatments and nursing measures, ensuring proper patient care across various therapies.
- Monitors patients, tracks their progress, and documents information in the medical records (nursing documentation).
- Transfers relevant patient development information to the medical and paramedical team (handoff).
- Coordinates interventions with team members to guarantee optimal care.
- Manages material and supply inventory for the medical department.
- Ensures compliance with Swiss regulations and medical standards for safe and efficient care (quality management).
- Prepares laboratory investigations accurately and completely.
- Ensures laboratory processes from sample collection to processing are performed correctly.
- Prepares all required sets and investigations.
- Accurately and timely invoices for laboratory and medical services.
- Ensures lab sets are sent on time and correctly.

- Orders laboratory dispensing services, reviews invoices, and handles ordering.
