Responsibilities
* Assistinplanningandorganizingtasksrelatedtofacilityrefurbishmentandadaptations.
* Supportcoordinationandcommunicationwithsuppliersandserviceproviders.
* Helpoverseebasictechnicalequipmentsuchascompressors,generators,pumps,HVAC,electricalsystems,andfireprotectionsystems.
* Assistinmanagingserviceslikepainting,gardening,flooring,andgeneralmaintenancework.
* Supportreviewandunderstandingofrelevantregulations(e.g.,chemicalstoragerules,localpermits).
* Providegeneralsupportinfacilitymanagementandinfrastructureimprovementprojects.
* Helptrackanddocumentexpensebudgetsforapproval.
* Assistingatheringinformationforfeasibilitystudiesandbudgetpreparation.
* Contributetoprovidingtechnicalsolutionsfornewproposalsundersupervision.
* Supportmanagementofsecurityandcamerasystemproviders.
* Helpinspectandmonitorfireprotectionandodorcontrolsystems.
* Providesupporttosubsidiariesregardingtanks,installations,andwarehousecapacity.
Profile
* DegreeinIndustrial,Chemical,MechanicalEngineeringorrelatedfields.
* Upto2yearsofexperienceinproject-related,operations,orwarehousemanagementroles..
* Basicknowledgeofwarehousemanagement,logistics,orsupplychainisaplus.
* User-levelproficiencyintechnologytoolsandmanagementsystems(WMS).
* HighlevelofEnglish(spokenandwritten).
