Lead Cloud Architect (LCA)
The Lead Cloud Architect (LCA) is a senior technical role responsible for designing, building and managing best-in-class solutions for our CSS customers.
* Establishes trusted relationships with customers.
* Familiar with Oracle Cloud and AI products and solutions.
* Assesses and analyzes customer needs to capture business and industry requirements; translates them into technical architectures aligned with Oracle's best practices.
* Leads CSS's highly experienced delivery teams by providing technical governance and guidance.
* Builds relationships with team members, other Oracle teams, and customers at different levels of the reporting line up to CIO or equivalent business owner.
* Main contact for new business opportunities by supporting our CSS Services Solutioning team. Assists with scope and LoE definition and technical guidance.
* Drives innovation by incubating new practices and solutions including a structured approach to adapt them.
* Maintains market awareness around existing and emerging technologies.
* Applies industry and Oracle best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
* Main Oracle Solution Delivery authority ensuring that customers achieve beneficial solutions regarding cost effectiveness, quality, and manageability.
* Provides technical guidance on Oracle cloud and AI solutions to customers and Oracle internal teams.
* Ensures successful handover from implementation toward operations making sure the implemented solution fits the customer requirements.
* Maintains the Oracle Solution to ensure that customer demands will be met.
* Drives personal development in Oracle cloud and AI technologies.
* Works closely with different CSS teams to make the implementation and operation of mission-critical environments a success.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum five years (5) of experience as a senior architect delivering cloud and AI solutions.
* Fluent English language skills.
* Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the customer organization.
* Keen to learn new cloud and AI technologies.

* Technical leadership from sales to delivery for large and complex cloud and AI solutions.

Preferred Technical Skills:
* Good knowledge of Oracle's cloud solutions (OCI, IaaS, PaaS, Networks).
* Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including Application AI features for different industries, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Common AI use cases, AI services & technologies (Digital assistant, NLP, Speech, Anomaly detection), and Generative AI.
* Good knowledge of Applications / SaaS, Databases, and Middleware / PaaS services.
* Good technical knowledge of relevant open-source cloud technologies.
* Strong understanding of cloud security.
* Knowledge of Cloud native design solutions.
* Strong automation process and technology experience (DevOps, GitOps).
