We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented professional to lead the creation and evolution of our AI Native Transformation Playbook. This pivotal role will guide the organization in its journey to become AI-native by designing operational frameworks, standards, and enablement materials that support scalable and sustainable transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating Model & Framework Design: Define structures, principles, and best practices for transitioning to an AI-native operating model.
- Documentation & Standardization: Develop processes, governance models, roles, events, guidelines, templates, checklists, and reference materials to ensure consistency across all transformation initiatives.
- Enablement & Training: Create training programs, guides, and practical tools to empower teams in adopting AI-driven practices effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Iterate and enhance the playbook based on feedback, lessons learned, and evolving business needs.
- Methodology & Development Lifecycle Support: Apply expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and project development lifecycles to operationalize transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business transformation, operations, strategy, or related fields.
- Proven ability to design and document complex frameworks, processes, or methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in change management, organizational design, or enablement programs is highly valued.
- Familiarity with digital transformation or AI concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
