The Business Development Support Assistant (Defence and Security) will support the Business Development area through administrative, coordination, and operational support tasks related to commercial initiatives and proposal preparation. Working closely with technical and commercial teams, you will help ensure proper documentation organization, follow-up on commercial actions, and prepare materials that facilitate the creation of opportunities and competitive proposals, while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and the specific requirements of the defence and security environment.
Additionally, the Business Development Support Assistant will add value to the company’s Business Development activities by supporting the management of procurement platforms, preparing presentations and reports, organizing meetings and events, providing logistical support for commercial initiatives, and assisting with basic structuring and preparation of proposals. In this assistant role, you will help improve the efficiency of internal processes by facilitating the collection and formatting of information, preparing administrative documentation, and tracking tasks associated with the commercial cycle.

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive person who enjoys working with documentation, coordinating tasks, and supporting multidisciplinary teams in preparing commercial initiatives and proposals.
For this position, we value:
1. Mid- or higher-level education (administrative FP, project technician, documentalist, Humanities degrees, or related fields).
2. Interest in the defence and security sector and motivation to acquire knowledge of commercial and procurement processes.
3. Good command of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
4. Intermediate spoken and written English (advanced level is a plus).
5. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow up on tasks.
6. Communication and coordination skills.
7. Proactive attitude, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
8. Previous experience in administrative roles, project support, or assisting commercial teams is a plus.
