Responsibilities
* Define the commercial strategy of CNT.
* Take decisions to adapt the strategy to market changes and disruptive circumstances.
* Be directly responsible for the brand’s revenue.
* Work hand‑in‑hand with cross‑functional profiles to detect opportunities for the brand. Have direct relationships with the category leads to keep CNT present in their proposals.
* Track daily performance of the brand across business lines, clients and sectors.
* Detect diversification opportunities around the brand.
* Accelerate the digital revenue of the headline exponentially.
* Manage the editorial department interaction and translate editorial strategy, news, etc. to cross‑functional teams.
* Ensure compliance with Home & Travel Finance teams objectives.
* Take initiatives and necessary measures to correct deviations towards objectives.
* Rigor to ensure the general budget compliance of the brand and Home & Travel category.
* Generate new projects and manage commercial events.
* Manage team and relationships with other departments involved in each project.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of senior commercial experience.
* Deep digital knowledge across all sectors.
* University degree.
* Master’s or similar in Business or Advertising.
* High level of English.
* Print and digital media skills.
