Your Role
As the Director of Business Development, you will take full ownership of the sales strategy, leading a team of talented Business Developers and Sales Executives. Your mission is to drive revenue, build lasting client relationships, and establish the company as a dominant force in the market.
What You Will Be Doing
* Lead and inspire your sales team to exceed targets, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
* Proven experience selling Managed Services – ideally from companies like Accenture, ALTRAN, NTT, Capgemini, Tata, Infosys, EY, IBM, Nokia, or similar
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT, telecommunications, Satellites, Maritime and cybersecurity.
* Build and lead go-to-market strategies for managed service offerings
* Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
* Use analytics to refine sales strategies, track performance, and optimize team efficiency.
* Drive the adoption and effective use of CRM systems to maximize sales potential.
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
* Represent the company at key industry events, meet clients, and stay ahead of market trends.
