The Role
- Commercial Asset Management services
- Management of relationship with institutional agencies
- Procuring, obtaining, and maintaining relevant insurances, including liaising with insurers as required
- Responsible for PPA Agreements
- Liaising with Technical Engineers who are responsible for the effective supervision and monitoring of the operation and maintenance services to maximise generated production
- Monitoring and commenting monthly/quarterly unaudited management reports in respect of the relevant projects (prepared by Financial Controller)
- Monitoring Forecasting and managing project cash flows, including approving any project related expenses (prepared by Financial Controller)
- Maintain and clean up master data to ensure a consistent overview of all relevant contracts
The Person
The Successful Candidate Will Likely Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree required with a concentration in business, finance, legal, engineering, or other similar discipline
- 5+ Experience in Asset Management including stakeholder management
- Preferably, experienced within administration of solar parks, wind parks or other renewable assets
- Experience in negotiating contracts along with proven ability to liaise with and manage/monitor contractors
- Experience in budget management; including monitoring and reporting
- Spanish/English Language capabilities
