The concept blends relaxed rural charm with international flair. The restaurant will be open to the public and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It will showcase bold, ingredient-driven cuisine in collaboration with a highly skilled Executive Chef.
Coordinate with the Executive Chef on menus, hiring, and kitchen collaboration.
Lead by example—hands-on presence, no ego, and passion for hospitality.
Manage daily F&B operations, budgets, and cost controls.
Proven experience in luxury hospitality and pre-opening environments .
Fluent in Spanish and English .
Creative, grounded, and motivated by meaningful projects.
Willingness to live and work in a rural location .
