We're now looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our company. In this role, you'll generate qualified leads and sales opportunities for our sales team. Your main focus will be identifying and contacting potential customers, understanding their needs and challenges, and establishing strong relationships that drive company growth. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to identify business opportunities, and a proactive, results-oriented attitude.

As a Sales Development Representative, your key responsibilities include:

* Research and qualify potential leads through various sources, including databases, social networks, and events.
* Identify the needs and challenges of potential customers and connect them with the sales team to proceed with the sales process.
* Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and follow-ups in our CRM system.
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transfer of qualified leads and clear understanding of goals and priorities.

Required skills, qualifications, and experience:

* Previous sales experience, preferably in lead generation or prospecting roles.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
* Strong goal orientation and results-driven mindset.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales software.
* Proactive attitude and adaptability to a dynamic environment.
* Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
