At Eurofirms Services, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to work in a world-leading multinational company in information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure and intelligent devices. The selected person will perform the following tasks:
* Provide offline technical support .
* Offer daily technical support to the Service Center.
* Provide internal technical support for pending issues, complaints, and legal cases.
* Monitor repair quality and drive continuous improvement.
* Conduct technical onsite visits in ASC.
* Handle technical support calls in the Call Center.
* Provide online support for technical escalations, identify common issues, and create internal FAQs.
* Participate in weekly crisis management meetings with the online team.
* Deliver technical and product training .
* Provide technical and repair training to ASC.
* Conduct product training for ASC and Call Center teams.
* Monitor and report on product VOC .
* Demonstrate good technical skills and interest in consumer electronics products.
* Preferably have experience in technical support, service, or training businesses .
