We are seeking a Designer & Marketing Assistant with a sophisticated eye and a "can-do" attitude. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for a versatile creative who is as comfortable designing a vector logo in Illustrator as they are shooting engaging reels on an iPhone or managing a CRM campaign. You will work closely with the company founders and commercial team to support marketing efforts across our four different brands.Key responsibilities1. Graphic Design & Visual IdentityCreate brand-aligned assets for digital and print (brochures, menus, social graphics, on-site signage) using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Maintain a high standard of visual consistency across all four diverse business units.Utilize illustration and vectorization skills to create original brand elements.2. Content Creation & Social MediaProduce high-quality, "scroll-stopping" mobile-first content (video/photo) that captures the mood of our brands with an iphone.Confidence and creativity behind the camera. Making people in front of the camera feel natural and comfortable to create authentic and behind the scenes content on an iphone.Execute social media storytelling with a focus on high engagement and audience growth; you understand what makes content trend.Edit photography and video content quickly and efficiently for daily output.3.
