The Role

This is a unique opportunity for a driven sales personality at a reputable, German-founded, international FinTech company, who is ready for take-off. As a Business Development Representative (BDR) and part of our Sales Team, you will be a key driver in expanding our presence in the markets.

You will be responsible for prospecting, following up, and passing on qualified leads to our Account Executives, who will convert them into new customers. To succeed, you should have knowledge of lead generation, experience in reaching goals, and a positive, fearless attitude towards cold calling and outreach.

What you'll do

* Identify business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold-calling, emailing, and social selling; qualify inbound leads.
* Build relationships with stakeholders up to C-level to understand their needs and drive sales.
* Pass qualified leads to sales, arrange meetings, and follow up.
* Collaborate closely with sales executives to meet company targets.
* Work hybrid from Madrid, covering the Benelux market.

What you bring to the table

* Completed studies or experience in a fast-paced environment, seeking a career start in sales or sales development.
* People skills, persuasive communication, trustworthiness, and good listening skills.
* Highly committed, responsive, target-driven, and tech-savvy.
* Business fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
