You are a cutting-edge Video Editor, specialized in AI creative platforms (Veo3/Flow, Sora, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Runway, Gemini Flash, Topaz Labs) and motion graphics. Your focus is on creating and optimizing short- and long-form video content for social media (Instagram, TikTok), blending persuasive storytelling with animation, dynamic visuals, compelling copy, and immersive sound.
You excel at storyboarding and delivering proof-of-concept prototypes, while mastering Photoshop, Illustrator, and emerging AI video editing technologies. This versatility allows you to produce diverse content across styles, themes, and environments for social and direct marketing.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

* Generate new and original audio-visual assets and content for Roc360 and its subsidiary brands to the specifications of our internal and external partners and our Head of Creative Services, with a focus on optimizing for social platforms like Instagram and TikTok using AI-powered editing techniques.
* Ideate solutions in instances where visual content is needed and no clear idea exists, proactively suggesting AI-driven approaches to content creation.
* Create live action video, and animated storyboards, leveraging AI for efficient content generation and design.
* Submit storyboards and ideas in creative brief format for team review/approval.
* Participate in all stages of the project: brainstorming, scriptwriting, production, editing, and post-production.
* Create concept videos, advertising pieces, and video podcasts for different clients and platforms.\
* Design and edit content for social media, campaigns, and special projects.
* Bring fresh ideas, short scripts, and creative approaches that truly connect with audiences.
* Integrate AI tools into creative processes and video editing workflows.
* Ensure an agile, detail-oriented, and high-level professional output.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

* BA in Marketing, Production, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications or related field preferred.
* Almost 5 years experience working in a demanding design role (agency or in-house).
* Full working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud: After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, Audition. Demonstrable experience with AI video editing tools and platforms is a must.
* Proven ability to create engaging, trend-setting video content specifically for Instagram and TikTok.
* 3D animation software like Cinema 4d, Blender, etc. is preferred.
* Working knowledge of Figma and Canva.
* Superior written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work exclusively in English.
* Proven experience of creating attention-grabbing designs on social media.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Professional experience working as part of a team required.
* Previous experience in communication agencies or working with diverse clients.
* Ability to work with any format and platform.
* Creativity to propose innovative concepts and simple, relatable narratives. Experience in scriptwriting, improvisation.
* Strong attention to detail, speed, and technical excellence.
* Versatility to handle projects of various types (advertising, social media, branded content).
* A true passion for storytelling.
* Must submit with portfolio and resume (RESUME IN ENGLISH).
