Position Overview
We aim to lead this journey by connecting with current and future contact lens wearers through strategic partnerships with retail and e-commerce channels. We are seeking a Sales Manager Vision Care for Iberia, responsible for a mid-size market within the Western Europe region, including Italy.
Position Summary
The Sales Manager will lead, shape, direct, and coach the field sales team to meet or exceed sales targets through seamless execution.
Travel time: 60%
This role is a key member of the local management team, bridging strategy and execution with continuous improvement and feedback. Collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Key Accounts, Professional Education, and Analytics is essential.

* Lead the AAMs team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
* Design the Independents channel strategy aligned with global priorities.
* Ensure excellence in all field activities (E2E, Marketing activations, etc.).
* Collaborate on the Commercial Policy design and implementation.
* Develop sales incentive schemes aligned with EMA guidelines.
* Lead POA meetings and content development.
* Achieve Iberia SFE metrics.
* Anticipate customer needs and solution approaches.
* Coach and mentor sales team members.
* Ensure compliance and business integrity in processes.
* Champion Credo & D&I, promoting diversity, equity, & inclusion.
* Foster innovation through high engagement and measured risk-taking.
People Management
* Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team.
* Drive sales coaching and training plans.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
* Experience in sales, preferably in FMCG/OTC, MedTech, or Pharma.
* Experience in category management and key account dynamics.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
