Communicate directly with customers, managing questions, issues, and feature requests.
Coordinate follow-up meetings with Italian-speaking clients.
Support the launch of new operations, from signing to go-live (technical setup, training, marketing coordination, etc.).
Monitor product performance and key KPIs.
Identify and suggest product improvements based on data and client feedback.
Provide timely responses in line with SHOTL’s SLA.
Escalate technical issues to the Product Manager and ensure resolution.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (IT, Product, Marketing).
