Are you a Business Development Manager seeking a new interesting challenge ?If your answer is yes, it’s your lucky day so keep reading, it can be just what you're looking for !✍️WHAT WILL YOU DO?We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks :Sales & Growth- Drive new client acquisition within Tier-1 and Tier-2 Banking, Financial Services & Insurance clients in Spain.- Build and manage CXO-level relationships (CIO, CTO, CDO, Head of Digital, etc.)- Close large, multi-year digital transformation deals across areas such as cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and core modernization.- Own end-to-end sales cycles - from pipeline creation to deal closure and expansion.Client & Industry Leadership- Act as a trusted advisor, positioning technology-led transformation aligned with client priorities.- Leverage existing BFSI network to open doors and create momentum quickly.- Position the organization as a long-term innovation partner rather than a vendor.Solution & Deal Shaping- Apply strong understanding of BFSI technology trends ,- Collaborate with solution, delivery and leadership teams to structure compelling, differentiated proposals .Sales Excellence & Governance- Apply disciplined sales governance, forecasting and pipeline management .- Ensure accuracy of revenue projections and deal status.- Support leadership with insights on market trends, competitive positioning and client priorities.Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership- Stay ahead of BFSI industry trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive dynamics.- Provide actionable insights to leadership on build vs. buy vs. partner decisions.- Represent the company at industry forums, strengthening brand positioning in BFSI.
