We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead commercial operations for a leading logistics solutions provider. This senior leadership position is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening client relationships across Spain and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the commercial strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to ensure high performance and alignment with business objectives.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions that meet client needs.
Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years' commercial experience within the logistics or supply chain industry.
Must be able to travel to the office, ideally 3 times per week.
Proven track record in sales leadership, business development, and strategic planning.
Strong understanding of logistics operations and market dynamics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast‐paced, competitive environment.
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Willingness to travel across Spain as required.
