Qualifications
* 5-8 years of IT Service Management experience (ITIL v4 preferred)
* Proven expertise in MES/ERP systems and Pack&Trace solutions
* Strong background in GMP/regulated pharmaceutical environments
* Experience with digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing
* Proficiency in KPI dashboard creation and performance metrics
* Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Responsibilities
* Own end-to-end accountability for digital services (MES/ERP/Pack&Trace) in pharma manufacturing
* Ensure GMP compliance across all service delivery processes
* Create and deliver monthly KPI dashboards tracking service performance
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and prepare monthly improvement reports
* Maintain comprehensive service documentation and knowledge articles
* Manage service performance against SLAs/OLAs while ensuring regulatory compliance
* Lead incident resolution and root cause analysis for critical manufacturing systems
