About ROKA
ROKA is a collection of contemporary Japanese Robatayaki restaurants. Located in the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel in Canyamel Valley, Roka Mallorca offers diners a seasonal, alfresco pop-up of lazy summer evenings, beautiful dishes, creative cocktails, and live DJs.
ROKA embodies the spirit of coming together and sharing a collective dining experience. (RO) symbolizes the atmosphere, and (KA) represents the heat of fire from the Robata. Roka Mallorca is proud to be part of the Azumi collection.
Main Duties
* Ensure that all food products are consistent with recipes.
* Maintain mis-en-place at sufficient levels to ensure an uninterrupted flow of food during service, controlling food quality, consistency, appearance, and taste.
* Work straight or split shifts depending on the needs of the business.
* Oversee correct handling of raw products and ensure quantities are prepared according to recipes.
