We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team in Mijas, Malaga and drive the growth of our e-commerce business through data-driven advertising strategies and performance marketing.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a results-driven Paid Media Specialist with strong experience in managing and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns for retail brands.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on performance, ROAS and customer acquisition.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required to collaborate effectively with our international team and partners.
Key responsibilities
Plan, launch and manage paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Criteo and other performance channels.
Manage full-funnel campaign structures including prospecting, retargeting and remarketing strategies.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve ROAS, CPA and revenue targets.
Performance Optimization
Continuously test creatives, audiences, bidding strategies and landing pages to improve performance.
Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend efficiently across channels.
Implement A/B testing strategies to scale winning campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Track key KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rate and revenue attribution.
Prepare regular reports and insights to support strategic decisions.
Work closely with the creative and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
Support growth initiatives across new acquisition channels and international markets.
Market & Platform Insights
Stay up to date with paid media trends, platform updates and new advertising opportunities.
Identify new channels and strategies to expand customer acquisition.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Paid Media Specialist / Performance Marketing Specialist.
Strong hands-on experience managing campaigns in: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, remarketing platforms (Criteo for instance)
Experience working with Shopify or e-commerce platforms is highly valued.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
Experience managing advertising budgets and scaling campaigns.
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
