Description
:
1. Policies, Guidelines and Protocols: Follow established policies, guidelines, and protocols related with machinery fleet. Report any issues or inconsistencies to the senior management and suggest improvements based on practical experience. Support safety inspections and help maintain records of compliance with safety regulations.
2. Operational Support: Provide operational support by assisting with the deployment of machinery to construction sites. Ensure that machinery is ready for use and meets the requirements of project teams.
3. Equipment Maintenance Support: Assist in the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and that all maintenance activities are recorded.
4. Fleet Data Collection: Collect data on fleet performance, including fuel usage, downtime, and repair costs. Assist senior staff in analyzing this data to optimize fleet operations.
5. Vendor Coordination: Assist in coordinating with vendors for machinery servicing and repairs. Ensure that vendor services are completed according to schedule and meet operational standards.
6. Fleet Data Collection & Analysis: Collect data on fleet performance, including fuel usage, downtime, and repair costs. Assist senior staff in analyzing this data to optimize fleet operations.
7. Capability Building: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
8. Relationship Management: Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization, delivering high-quality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues.
