Mission and Responsibilities
* Participate in internal peer reviews during the design phase.
* Optimize customer-oriented solutions.
* Ensure designs align with the development plan, project schedule and budget.
* Collaborate and support other departments in the company (quality, CTO, manufacturing, testing, etc.) to enhance efficiency.
* Promote the reuse of building blocks and standardization.
* Lead and train junior engineers.
* Foster knowledge management within the team.
* Engage in the evolution of RF products and in research and development (R&D) activities.
* Lead technically complex Bids.
Education & Qualifications
We are looking for a Telecommunications Engineer (master's degree) with over 15 years of experience in areas such as: Electronics, Radiofrequency design and validation (UHF to Ka Band), radio communications or telecommunications, TTC, and space segment.

* Active RF/Microwave HW design and validation: LNAs, Receivers, Transmitters, VCOs, PLLs, Frequency converters.
* Signal processing: ASICs, FPGAs, Modulations, Codifications.
* TT&C.
Tools
* Microsoft Office, ADS, Momentum (Electromagnetic 2.5D), HFSS/EmPro (Electromagnetic 3D), ORCAD/PSPICE, MATLAB, Python, Labview.
Languages
English is a must, knowledge of other languages will be valued.
