IYES (Youth International Exchange Students) is a non-profit organization supporting Erasmus and international students through events, cultural activities, and local initiatives. Our goal is to create a vibrant international community and connect similar associations across Europe.
Position
We are looking for an outgoing, reliable, and proactive Event & Trips Coordinator Intern to support the coordination of our student events and help us create a welcoming, energetic, and well-organized community experience.
Tasks
* Support the organization and coordination of events, social activities, Trips and student experiences
* Help manage event operations and assist the team during activities, Trips and nights out
* Interact with international students and contribute to a positive community atmosphere
* Support the coordination of staff and help keep the team active, aligned, and motivated
* Assist with event planning, logistics, and communication
* Help monitor the overall student experience during events and activities
Requirements
Eligibility: Eligible for an Erasmus+ Internship
Period: from 5 to 12 months
Good English; other languages a plus
* Strong interest in events, teamwork, and international student life
* Outgoing personality, good communication skills, and a proactive attitude
* Responsible, flexible, and comfortable managing people and situations
