This role involves working within the Product Sustainability & Compliance team of the Technical Operations, Quality Assurance product line. The main focus is on SAP Product and REACH Compliance, SAP Product Safety (formerly SAP EHSM), and SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance Software Solutions.
Requirements (must have):
* Strong application knowledge in SAP Product and REACH Compliance, SAP Product Safety (formerly SAP EHSM), and/or SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance Software Solutions.
* At least 2 years of professional IT experience in the relevant SAP modules.
* Participation in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project in a similar role.
* Some experience with EHSM processes and relevant regulatory context.
* Good understanding of SAP material master data.
* Ability to contribute to alignment meetings with business and IT stakeholders.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* Proficiency in English (reading, writing, listening, speaking).
* Based in Europe or Canada.

Special Requirements:
Willingness to travel approximately 10-15%, including outside the home country. Working hours aligned with European office hours, with potential shifts to early morning or late afternoon for interactions with colleagues in California.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
* Support solution design updates and impact analysis, including documentation and architecture modeling.
* Assist stakeholders like Product Owners and Managers with technical process flows, requirements, and gap analysis.
* Understand business processes and coordinate with technical teams for product delivery.
* Support alignment with technology roadmaps and process optimization.
* Gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Develop and modify solution components, ensuring compatibility with architectures and standards.
* Collaborate with external consultants and developers in various team setups.
* Enhance technical and business knowledge in the area of expertise.
* Share experiences and support team development.
* Assist in project implementation and planning.
* Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and incident resolution activities.
* Contribute to testing and user acceptance processes.
