Overview
Massimo Dutti is looking for a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Transport Operations & Analytics Specialist to oversee and optimize our general e‑commerce logistics operations.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Global E‑Commerce Operations Manager, responsible for monitoring delivery performance, optimizing transportation lead times, and improving return processes.
- Delivery Performance & Logistics Optimization: Monitor and improve delivery times, return processes, and quality KPIs;
identify areas for operational enhancement, proactively analyze courier performance, recommend changes or adjustments to enhance service levels, and develop action plans to reduce issue frequency.
- Data Analysis & KPI Management: Monitor and evaluate key logistics performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends and propose data‑driven strategies to improve logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the IT department to lead and implement logistics technology projects that enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure cost control of the global courier network, aligning expenses with budget targets, analyze budget deviations, and propose cost‑saving measures in transport operations.
- Support the implementation of new transport operations aligned with global expansion strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (Operations Management), Business Administration, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields.
- Specialized training in Supply Chain, International Trade, or E‑Commerce is highly valued.
- Advanced proficiency in English. Spanish is a must.
- Advanced proficiency Python.
- Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset with experience handling large datasets and drawing actionable insights.
- Passion for fashion and digital commerce.
