We are fast-moving and always evolving to drive our purpose of making travel better.Join our family today.Together, we'll make travel better.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain smooth operation and performance of all company IT systemsMonitor LAN/network usage and ensure regular backups and system integrityPerform preventive maintenance and minimize downtime during peak hoursLog and track system issues, changes, and resolutionsCoordinate with vendors for system upgrades, support, and cost-effective procurementSupport system audits and compliance checks with the Finance DepartmentManage antivirus software deployment and virus protection updatesTrack and ensure compliance with all software licensesConduct training for internal staff and IT team on system use and best practicesSupport regional and HQ IT teams on system integration and infrastructure alignmentEnsure data security through password control, backup verification, and secure storageMaintain client data integrity for Sales and Marketing operationsProvide 24/7 IT support availability and handle emergency issuesStep in for IT Manager when required to manage hardware and service maintenanceEvaluate and recommend new IT systems and equipment to enhance operationsAdhere to IT budget and capital expenditure policiesKey Skills & Experience:2–4 years' experience in IT support, system administration, or related rolesProficient in Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, VPN, and firewallsStrong in network troubleshooting, remote desktop tools, and IT asset managementExcellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilitiesRegional IT support experience Holds a diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
