You will help and craft services and facilities in over 200 locations in more than 60 international airports across the world.Job ScopeHandle check in procedure and follow admission instructionGreet, receive and bid farewell guests at Entrance and ReceptionAssist guests with their internet access requirements, baggage arrangement, shower and nap room bookingCarry out regular checks of all areas of the Lounge.Assist to promote various services and facilities of our airport lounges to customers, deal with guest requests and complaints promptly and effectivelyTake care of lost and found items and the related documentationHandle confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrityResponsible for answering the telephone line and taking appropriate immediate actionMaintain accurate records including cash flows and receiptsTo cooperate and work in a team for development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the quality management systemTo undertake other jobs assigned by supervisor from time to time.QualificationsRelevant experiences in hotel or catering is an advantageOutgoing, presentable with good interpersonal and communication skillsGood command of spoken and written English and SpanishAble to work independently and under pressureShift duties are requiredWork location: Madrid Airport
