Outcomes'10 (A ProductLife Group Company) is looking to add to our Spanish team a SENIOR MARKET ACCESS SPECIALIST responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and supervising the development of scientific and strategic projects of various natures in health economics and market access.
Main Functions and Tasks of the Position:
* Manage and control the resources assigned to the project, schedule, and budget.
* Prepare and/or review project deliverables according to current processes and work instructions, including value dossiers, model adaptations (cost-effectiveness, budget impact), evaluation reports, conference communications, manuscripts, etc.
* Prepare and conduct scientific or strategic meetings with clients, healthcare professionals, patients, or other stakeholders in the context of assigned projects.
* Supervise the tasks performed by the team involved in the project.
* Generate, supervise, and maintain up-to-date project information in both the project manager and the document manager or other systems used by the organization, according to current processes.
* Identify and communicate the team's needs to area managers.
* Know, comply with, and enforce both the integrated management system policies and the applicable processes, work instructions, and regulatory requirements
REQUIREMENTS
The minimum requirements (please refrain from applying if you do not meet them) are:
* Degree in Health Sciences or Economics (other technical university education is also valuable if it brings experience in a similar position).
* Master's/Postgraduate degree in Health Technology Assessment, Health Economics, Pharmacoeconomics, or similar.
* Knowledge and previous experience in health economics and market access for medicines and medical products (a level test will be conducted).
* Spanish (Full professional) and advanced level of English (spoken and written).
* Advanced level of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* At least 3 years of previous experience in a similar position.
