Clinical Communication Specialist
We are partnering with a highly innovative and fast-growing MedTech start-up in the neurovascular space to bring on board an ambitious and creative Clinical Communication Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
* Content Creation and Management:
o Develop and maintain a library of clinical content, including educational materials such as newsletters, presentations, videos, banners, and more.
o Collaborate with company management and the clinical team to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality materials.
* Conference and Training Logistics:
o Organize logistics for clinical conferences and training events.
o Manage consumables for training devices to ensure high-quality hands-on training in flow simulators for physicians.
o Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
* Clinical Trials Support:
o Assist in logistics for clinical trials, including managing shipments and stock of trial-related materials.
o Maintain accurate records of inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
o Support the global clinical team with scheduling, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
o Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements in all activities.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Engineering, or a related field.
* Clinical education experience in MedTech, BioTech, or Pharma.

* Proficiency in creating and managing visual and multimedia content.
* Proficiency in managing customer-facing interactions and events.
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in English (written and verbal).
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Familiarity with logistics and stock management processes.
* Knowledge of GCP (Good Clinical Practice) or other relevant clinical regulations is a plus.
