We are looking for 8 enthusiastic Camp Counselors to join our team this summer in Donostia / San Sebastián, working in a welcoming international camp designed for North American families with children aged 6 months to 8 years .

About the role
* Position: Summer Camp Counselor
* Location: Donostia / San Sebastián, Spain
* Dates: From the 29th of June until the 21st of August
* Schedule: 2:00 pm – 9:00 pm (full-time)
* Age groups: 6 months to 8 years
* Salary: According to leisure monitor salary scale (Spain)
Key responsibilities
* Provide attentive, nurturing care to infants and young children
* Plan and lead age-appropriate games, creative activities, and play
* Support children's social and emotional wellbeing in a safe environment
* Collaborate closely with a young, dynamic team
* Communicate in English with children and families
Requirements
* Certified Leisure Time Instructor (Monitor/a de Actividades de Tiempo Libre Infantil y Juvenil) or Early Childhood Education qualification (Técnico en Educación Infantil)
* Previous experience working with children aged 0–8
* English level: B1 or higher (able to hold simple conversations)
* Warm, responsible, and energetic personality
* Team spirit, initiative, and positive attitude
* Genuine love for working with children
Nice to have
* Knowledge of Reggio Emilia and/or Montessori educational approaches
