**The role**:
- Hub Product Quality Manager_
- As the Hub Product Quality Manager, you will be working in a Center of Excellence and you will need to work closely with the different Hub departments: Customer Experience, Operations and Compliance to ensure a robust, resilience and state of the art product proposition. As a member of the Spanish Hub will participate in multi-disciplinary projects._
**What you’ll do**:
- _Products:_
- _Accountable to maintain the highest levels of products operational performance in all the Spanish Hub managed stations (Spain, Portugal, and Gibraltar)._
- _Accountable for the design and implementation of continuous improvement plans for different products, based on analytical data, inspections, or other aspects such as internal and external audits._
- _GDP Certification:_
- _Accountable for the maintenance of the GDP Certification in the MAD Hub Operations._
- _Ensure that all pharmaceutical product requirements and performance management actions of other airlines handled in the MAD Hub are followed according to each airline´s specificati._
