He works as part of a high-functioning team, including Instrument System Specialists, Field Application Specialists and Field Marketing Managers. He acts as principal Bio-Rad contact for each assigned accounts and will apply resources or direct team members to reach specific objectives or resolve specific issues;
reports to the Iberia CDG Sales Manager.Your impact :
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotasIdentify and develop client opportunitiesResolve customer problems or concerns and provide potential and existing customers with written quotationsCreate and utilize a territory sales plan in conjunction with the sales managerPrioritize project planning, meeting competing customer requests / deadlinesManage contacts, activities, calendar, and sales pipeline through daily use of SalesForce.ComWork in conjunction with marketing and other sales teams to develop and implement sales and marketing plansAlong with your account team, build a basic territory plan that consists of account and major product goals. Content should include major strategies, tactics and timelinesDevelop and demonstrate a thorough understanding of selling skills and sales forecastingMonitor and evaluate competitive services, pricing and other activitiesWhat you bring :
Master of Science / Diploma Degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology (Ph.D / Promotion preferred)Sales experience selling products in Diagnostics marketplace or equivalent combination of education and experience)Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsAbility to produce results while working with multiple projects under tight deadlinesStrong technical skills to demonstrate instruments and / or consumables for researchStrong analytical skills to analyze territory data and technical informationAbility to operate effectively with diverse professionals in a team environmentMay involve basic laboratory skills, including sample presentationEnglish high level is requiredAbout us :
