We're partnering with a leading global biopharmaceutical organisation to find an experienced Global Study Manager (GSM) to support the delivery of complex, international clinical trials.This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role within Clinical Operations, ensuring studies are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, from protocol development through to close-out and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of global clinical studiesCoordinate cross-functional teams and external partnersManage CROs and vendors to meet timelines, cost, and quality expectationsOversee study timelines, risks, and issue resolutionEnsure inspection readiness through high-quality TMF managementSupport study budgets and vendor invoice reconciliationCollaborate with Clinical Supply for timely study materialsContribute to study documentation and investigator meetingsDrive continuous improvement and operational excellence
What We're Looking For:Proven experience managing global clinical trialsStrong vendor management expertise (CRO oversight essential)Ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teamsExperience in risk management and escalation handlingSolid knowledge of ICH GCP and clinical trial regulationsBackground in Clinical Operations within a sponsor or CRO
