We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Engineer specializing in Java to join a leading company in the tourism sector. This role demands a strong technical leader capable of autonomously handling substantial features from concept to delivery, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with product and analytics teams to drive requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
Design, develop, and deploy high-quality Java applications using Java 11~17 and Spring Boot. Implement reactive programming paradigms and manage event-driven architectures. Utilize Kafka for real-time data streaming and NoSQL databases for scalable data management. Oversee Docker containerization for consistent and scalable deployments. Monitor and observe application performance to ensure reliability and efficiency. Address and resolve roadblocks efficiently, with minimal direction and oversight.

Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills. Work effectively on cross-team tasks, contributing to the improvement of best practices within the team.
