Restaurant Manager – Alberts Bar & Grill 📍 Puerto de Cabopino
Alberts Bar & Grill is located on the waterfront at Puerto de Cabopino, Marbella. Part of Metro Grupo, we operate multiple venues across the Costa del Sol and pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality guest experience.
The role: We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily floor operations, support the team, and maintain our standards of service.
What You’ll Do
* Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
* Lead, motivate and develop the front-of-house team during service
* Maintain service standards to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction
* Handle reservations, guest relations, and respond to feedback professionally
* Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth, efficient service
* Compile daily manager reports and communicate with senior management
* Support HR administration including scheduling, onboarding, and staff documentation
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role in hospitality
* Strong leadership presence with the ability to run a floor independently
* Fluent in both English and Spanish
* Calm, organised, and solutions-focused under pressure
* Legal right to work in Spain (NIE/DNI required)
* Presentable, professional, and guest-focused at all times
* A flexible, can-do attitude towards the demands of a busy hospitality environment
