The role covers everything from building the prospect databases that feed our outbound campaigns, to designing targeting strategies, to making sure the tooling that runs those campaigns actually works. /ppbr/ppDay to day, this means working across data, process, and systems — turning client briefs into structured targeting strategies, building and enriching contact databases, configuring campaign sequences, and keeping a close eye on what the numbers are saying. The role requires engineering-level rigour applied to GTM problems. /ppbr/ppbWhat You'll Do /b /ppbGTM Analysis Operations /b /pulliMap each client's funnel — from ICP to SQL — identifying bottlenecks with real data. /liliBuild and maintain tracking models for campaign performance, SDR activity, and conversion by segment. /liliTurn data into actionable summaries for the consulting team. /liliSupport the construction of Targeting Frameworks and validate hypersegments against real TAMs using Apollo, SABI, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. /liliDesign full prospect targeting, segmentation, and personalisation strategies for B2B outbound campaigns. /li /ulpbr/ppbProcess Tooling Engineering /b /pulliConfigure and maintain workflows across TopSpin's tech stack: HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, Clay, Make.com / Zapier. /liliBuild automations that reduce manual work in client operations — data syncing, alerts, automated reports. /liliDiagnose and fix technical issues in live campaigns: deliverability problems, sequences that won't trigger, fields that won't map. /liliDocument the processes you build so the team can run them without you. /li /ulpbr/ppbClient Deliverables /b /pulliContribute to LGaaS project deliverables: enriched contact databases, signal analysis, performance reports. /liliPrepare weekly business reviews for active client accounts. /liliJoin internal strategy sessions with the consulting team, bringing the analytical and technical perspective. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat we are looking for /b /ppbMust-have /b /pulliDegree in engineering — industrial, computer science, telecoms, mathematics, or similar. /liliDemonstrable analytical ability: you work with data, build models, and draw useful conclusions. /liliAbove-average Excel / Google Sheets skills: advanced formulas, pivot tables, conditional logic. /liliWorking familiarity with LLMs and AI agents — you use them in your workflow, not just know they exist. /liliProblem-solving mindset: when something's broken, you dig until you understand why. /liliFluent Spanish (working language with most clients and the team). /li /ulpbr/ppbNice to have /b /pulliYou've already built automations — Make, Zapier, n8n, or anything similar. Show us something. /liliFamiliarity with CRMs, especially HubSpot. /liliBasic SQL or Python for data analysis. /liliGenuine interest in B2B sales, GTM, or Revenue Operations — no experience needed, but you've looked into it on your own. /liliFluent English (we work with English-language tools and some international clients regularly). /li /ulpbr/ppApply or email /p
