Role Overview
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to lead paid acquisition strategy for high-value target accounts across Employer of Record (EOR), Contractor Management, and Global Payroll services. Own execution of paid campaigns across EMEA, Americas, and APAC using advanced ABM platforms to target mid‑market and enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) audiences within ABM platform, including exclusion lists for existing customers, prospects, and competitors.
- Leverage ABM intent data to trigger personalized ad experiences across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google.
- Implement and manage HubSpot Smart Forms to enrich lead data and improve conversion rates.
- Develop search and social strategies with audience targeting and sizing recommendations.
- Conduct daily and weekly pacing audits, quarterly health checks, and A/B testing of text ads and creative formats.
- Manage high‑match‑rate LinkedIn segment syncs and optimize Google Ads through first‑party contact integration.
- Oversee listing descriptions and review collection campaigns on Gartner Digital Markets to improve brand awareness and CVR.
- Align paid strategies with Sales; provide specialized landing pages and account‑specific support.
- Partner with Analytics to build a measurement plan for ABM.
- Work with Lifecycle on nurture sequences across Lead → MQL → Opportunity → Deal to maintain consistent messaging.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of B2B performance marketing experience, managing $3M+ annual budgets across paid search and social.
- Advanced knowledge of Clay, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Expertise in UTM architecture, conversion tracking, and data‑driven decision making.
