In this role, you will drive the transformation of the Cornellà plant by deploying and adapting global LEAN strategies. You will lead continuous improvement projects across factory and administrative areas, analyzing processes and implementing high-impact solutions. The position requires facilitating workshops, promoting standardization, and sharing best practices with the LEAN CoE and other plants.

You’ll report to plant management and model a sustainable LEAN mindset to boost efficiency and performance.

Responsabilidades
\n
- Minimum 5 years leading LEAN projects globally in industrial and administrative environments
- High English proficiency (C1) for international communication
- Advanced knowledge of LEAN tools (VSM, 5S, A3, Kaizen, SMED, Kanban, standardization, problem-solving)
- Experience in cross-functional project management and stakeholder coordination
- Technical university degree in engineering, xugodme operations, or continuous improvement
- Strong analytical and communication skills with leadership and influence abilities
- Knowledge of German is a plus
- LEAN or Six Sigma certifications
- Experience in global operational transformation programs
