YOUR MISSION
We’re looking for a doer, relationship‑builder, and growth‑driver to join our Regions team. As an Account Manager, you’ll be the go‑to person for our top‑tier restaurant partners, ensuring they thrive and win with us. You will also have responsibility and ownership of several cities in your area, defining and pursuing long‑term strategy for the cities in terms of growth, promotions, advertising, and operations.
Responsibilities include:

* Be part of the South Region based in the Sevilla office.
* Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement through partner meetings and business reviews.
* Evaluate, follow up, and build reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically. Take action to reach your goals and company OKRs.
* Draw and execute plans, helping partners grow through promo negotiations, marketing activations, and menu performance (selling items, AOV, conversion rate, cross selling, and upselling).
* Optimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with our partners (using marketing kits, merchandising, etc.).
* Improve Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiation and selling assets.
* Understand, build action plans and follow up on churned and inactive partners.
* Improve operational efficiency of our partners by ensuring we always deliver the best service to our customers.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
*
* At least 1 year of experience in high‑performance and fast‑paced environments (startup, investment banking, top consulting firms, or top tech companies).
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Public Relations is a plus.
* Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs, MS Office, and Excel.
* Native Spanish and English skills.
* Strong commercial skills and customer obsession: persuasive, customer‑centric, and able to sell value‑adding solutions to partners and the Glovo platform.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Project management: adept at finding smart and elegant solutions to complex, multidisciplinary challenges with strong critical thinking.
* A data‑driven mentality, making decisions based on data and using sound business judgment when necessary.
