About The Job
We are seeking a Senior Software QA Engineer with strong experience in manual and automation testing to support QA activities across various web projects. The role involves working within Agile sprints, designing and executing manual test cases, contributing to automation testing, and producing user manuals post-testing.
You should have hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Cypress IDE or similar modern frameworks like Playwright. While Cypress is preferred, experience with other tools is acceptable.
Responsibilities
* Perform manual and automated testing of web applications in an Agile environment.
* Design, develop, and maintain clear, reusable manual test cases and plans.
* Conduct functional, regression, exploratory, integration, and UI testing.
* Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress or similar tools.
* Create user manuals and documentation after testing completion.
* Track and report bugs using tools like Jira, ensuring thorough follow-up.
* Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to ensure quality.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of test coverage.
Ideal Candidate
* 4+ years of manual QA testing experience, preferably in web applications.
* Practical experience with automation testing tools such as Cypress or Playwright.
* Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile processes.
* Experience in writing clear manual test cases and documentation.
* Ability to produce concise user manuals for tested features.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
* Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
