Purpose of the Role
Support category managers on key regional initiatives within Supply Chain Customer Service, gaining hands-on experience in projects that drive business efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role offers exposure to supply chain processes and cross-functional collaboration in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor sales trends and learn how to adjust forecasts to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Ensure SAP parameters are accurate and understand their impact on operations.
- Assist in preparing purchase orders using SAP and operational insights.
- Follow up on deliveries with the Central Warehouse and Global Transport Team.
- Analyze order performance and propose improvement actions.
- Support the management of novelties and promotional activities.
- Participate in centralization processes for Non-Core Categories.
- Contribute to analysis and reporting using standard KPIs in Insights.
Person Profile
- Highly organized and eager to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Curious, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive attitude.
