This includes leading the day-to-day activities of the station and rental locations, such as preparation of greenhouse compartments, sowing, transplanting, nutrition, irrigation, crop protection, disease control, climate control, crop management, and general farm maintenance. The role also involves maintaining equipment and greenhouses. Additionally, the position oversees a large number of temporary workers and fixed employees, requiring proven leadership and strong organizational skills.The work is performed in collaboration with the Station Managers and the farm team. Priority crops include tomato, melon, and watermelon, and experience with these crops is desired.We are seeking a Station Manager with the following criteria:
