As Brand Manager, you will drive the brand planning process for Absolut and Malibu, from 3-year strategy to annual plans, while tracking performance and unlocking growth. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and agencies to ensure execution and alignment with international strategy, shaping consumer-relevant activities (notably for GenZ). You’ll own budgeting, analytics, and governance to deliver measurable brand impact and financial performance. This is a hands-on, collaborative role that shapes brand direction in a fast-paced, consumer-led environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Develop the 3-year strategic plan and annual brand plan with growth drivers and financial targets
• Monitor progress, identify opportunities within the current strategy, and report KPIs with insights
• Understand consumer targets (GenZ) and propose resonant brand activities
• Ensure execution of annual plans and maintain alignment with international strategy (constant BO communication)
• Manage brand budget and Au0026P budget, including oversight of allocations
• Lead briefings with local agencies and cross-functional teams
• Monitor market evolution and translate insights into business needs
• Lead and develop team members and interns
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred; master’s degree is a plus
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages a plus
• 4–5 years of brand management experience, preferably in FMCG
• Strong knowledge of professional marketing xpzdshu tools, structures, and processes
• Autonomy, responsibility, and team-oriented mindset
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from market data
• Digital mindset with strong communication and presentation skills
