We are seeking a team member focused on automation with at least 5 years of experience using tools such as AWX (or Ansible Tower) and Ansible.
Responsibilities:
* Optimize operational processes of the management team by identifying repetitive or inefficient tasks, proposing automation solutions, and leading their implementation.
* Design, develop, and maintain scripts, tools, or automated workflows to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and free up time for higher-value tasks.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand needs, map processes, and identify automation opportunities.
* Evaluate automation technologies and platforms to select the most suitable for each case.
* Document automated processes, ensuring traceability, maintenance, and scalability.
* Monitor and analyze the impact of implemented automations, proposing continuous improvements.
* Train and support the team in using automated tools, promoting a culture of efficiency and digitalization.
Required Skills:
* AWX (or Ansible Tower) and Ansible.
* Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
* Skill in documenting solutions, maintaining clean and reusable code, and applying good development practices.
* Proactive mindset, focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Valued Skills:
* Suse Manager
* Scripting (Shell script, PowerShell...)
* Jenkins or similar.
