It europe business analyst – sap sd/le

We are looking for an IT Europe Order to Cash Business Analyst to join our O2C IT team. The role works closely with sales and supply‑chain stakeholders across Europe to translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure a seamless order‑to‑cash process.

• 
  
• Act as the primary IT point of contact for supply‑chain and sales stakeholders.
  
• Gather, analyze and challenge business requirements.
  
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide level‑4 support for complex issues.
  
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and maintain documentation.
  
• Conduct workshops with business users.
  
• Configure SAP SD and LE modules (order management, pricing, shipping, picking, packing, billing, outbound delivery).
  
• Validate configurations through testing and scenario runs.
  
• Pilot enhancements and small projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget and quality standards.
  
• Work with cross‑IT teams from other platforms and integration teams.
  
• Suggest process and user‑experience optimizations.
  
• Define and execute the IT roadmap in alignment with global and zone strategies.
  
• Participate in the Target Operating Model (TOM) transformation and influence ongoing Ops & Finance initiatives.
  
• Drive innovation and efficiency in forecast and procurement processes.
  
• Ensure quality delivery and manage team organization for MyMarket, France and other related products.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  
• Expertise in SAP SD – deep knowledge of sales, shipping, billing processes, pricing procedures and document flows.
  
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills in cross‑functional environments.
  
• Proficiency in SAP LE – outbound delivery processing, picking/packing strategies and basic shipment management.
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to map complex business processes and identify bottlenecks or risks.
