You will be supporting Thermo Fisher Scientific products to both internal and external customers.
What will you do:
1. Accurately record pertinent information from customer contacts in Customer Relationship Management system
2. Recommend and implement improvements in processes, FAQ, and technical information
3. Participate in additional special team or individual projects
Education and competencies required:
1. A Master’s degree or preferably PhD in molecular biology or related field; post-doctoral experience is a plus
2. Strong “Hands-on” experience in Molecular biology methods like Amplification, Cloning, Quantification; Nucleic acid purification, Genome editing solutions, Transfection, in Vitro Transcription, Protein Expression
3. Effective communication, both written and oral
4. Customer centric approach
5. Proficient in French and English
6. Accountability and teamwork
